Who We Are

T.A. Green (They/Them)

T.A. Green brings over a decade of experience advancing the work of social impact organizations to their operations consulting practice, Seedbed Strategies. Rooted in their own core values of curiosity, ingenuity, and kindness, T.A. collaborates with “we can figure it out” energy. They embrace the challenge of finding solutions that meaningfully reflect the values of the people impacted, and find it rewarding to help people work together better.

T.A. enjoys tackling a range of projects. A few examples from their work history include, building out a funder’s first comprehensive grantmaking database, addressing the systems needs of a national nonprofits first ever institutional fundraising team, and transitioning a small team’s workflows to a new task manager. Their favorite projects give them the opportunity to learn new things, and immediately put those learnings into practice.

T.A. holds a masters degree in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID), as well as a B.A. in Creative Writing and a B.S. in International Relations and Politics from Carnegie Mellon University.

When not engaging in operations nerdery, they’re usually found working on one of several craft projects—knitting, sewing, leatherwork, or jewelry making—while rewatching Star Trek.
